2024 Outstanding Philanthropic Business of the Year Award!
The Association of Fundraising Professionals, Ozarks Region Chapter (AFP) hosted its annual National Philanthropy Day (NPD) awards to celebrate philanthropy in the Ozarks on November 19, 2024. With thousands of area nonprofit organizations, the annual NPD luncheon recognizes the efforts of many volunteers and professionals who use their time, talents, and treasures to make the community a more caring place. The winners were:
- Outstanding Fundraising Campaign or Event of the Year: Ball of the Wild, Friends of the Zoo
- Outstanding Fundraising Professional of the Year: Amy Jardell, Ozarks Literacy Council
- Fundraising Rising Star of the Year: Carl Peterson, Harmony House
Outstanding Philanthropic Business or Organization of the Year: Volt Credit Union
- Outstanding Philanthropic Foundation: CoxHealth Foundation
- Outstanding Philanthropist of the Year: Jon Risdal
- Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser of the Year: Abby Glenn
