As a Universal Agent I, you’re the first smiling face our members see, and are part of the larger team of people that makes the magic happen for our members. You’ll be ridiculously good at figuring out how to help our members by uncovering their wants and needs and matching them up with products and services that will help them. Building on your previous banking and sales experience, you’ll bring a human approach to your interactions with folks who come into your branch. They won’t feel pressured; they’ll feel like they’re talking with someone who cares an awful lot about helping them out because, well, you do.
Through the course of a day, you’ll assist members in person, through drive-ups, and occasionally by telephone, providing a broad range of Credit Union information. You’ll receive and process members’ transactions, requests, and concerns with an enthusiastic quality of service and sales orientation. At the end of the day, you’ll balance your daily work and smile at a job well done.
A desire to buy into and live our distinct culture. One year retail banking experience is preferred. One year of demonstrated sales success. Must be available on Saturdays. High school diploma/GED
