Kirsten is a student at Missouri State University and is studying to get a Bachelors Degree in Global Studies along with a Bachelors in Spanish. Kirsten has been an exemplary student during her time at MSU, holding a 3.75 GPA and even making it on the deans list in 2019. Once she receives her degree Kirsten plans on chasing her passion, which is to help the people around her by joining forces with or starting her own Non-Profit! Through her academic endeavors and her extracurricular activities Kirsten embodies the Credit Union principle of “People Helping People”, and she shows us that Springfield really does have a bright future! Volt is proud to help Kirsten achieve her dreams and we look forward to seeing her make great impacts on our community through her philanthropic endeavors!
David is also a student at Missouri State University. Throughout his academic career David has excelled in both the classroom and on the field/court. David has held a 3.98 GPA during his time at MSU and was placed on the deans list in 2019. David is pursuing a degree in Construction Management, and has some big ideas on how he could help make Springfield a better place to live. David would love to lead projects to update and clean up some areas in Springfield in order to make the city more aesthetically pleasing. He believes that projects like this could provide the people of Springfield with well paying jobs which would help community members who are struggling to get by. David also believes that making Springfield more aesthetically pleasing will help attract new businesses which will help us retain the talented workforce of the future. Throughout his many endeavors, David has shown that success is obtained through hard work and determination. Volt is proud to be a part of David’s academic success, and we are excited to see just how far his extreme work ethic will take him!
