How far in advance should I set up a payment to ensure it is paid on time?

Check payments should be scheduled at least 7 business days in advance of when you want the payment to actually be posted to the payee. Electronic payments should be made in 1 business day as long as the payment is scheduled by 7:00 PM. The system will show members the receive date when the scheduling.
