What are ACH withdrawals and how do I set them up at Volt Credit Union?

An ACH withdrawal (Automated Clearing House debit) is an electronic transfer that allows Volt Credit Union to automatically withdraw funds from your checking or savings account to make loan payments or other scheduled transfers.

To set this up, you must complete the ACH Origination Authorization Form.

The form should be submitted at least 10 days before the first scheduled withdrawal to allow time for processing. Once approved, your payments will be automatically deducted according to the schedule you selected.

If you ever wish to cancel or change your ACH withdrawal, you must provide written notice to Volt Credit Union with enough time for the change to be processed before your next scheduled payment. If a payment attempt fails due to insufficient funds or incorrect account information, you may incur fees and will need to resolve the issue before the ACH option can continue.

For questions or assistance, please contact Volt Credit Union directly.
