Available Positions

Our Controller plays a key role in keeping Volt running strong by leading our accounting operations with accuracy, insight, and heart. This role handles month-end and year-end close, creates timely and reliable financial reports, and guides our budgeting and forecasting efforts so teams across Volt can plan with confidence. The Controller ensures we stay aligned with regulatory and audit standards, supports ALM and liquidity analysis, and provides clear financial direction that helps move the organization forward. They also mentor and support our accounting team, partner closely with other departments, and continually strengthen internal controls and processes to keep Volt efficient, secure, and future-ready.

A Member Experience Specialist supports our Retail team by delivering exceptional service through phone, online, and mobile channels. They help members with transactions and everyday banking needs while providing a warm, human approach that makes every interaction feel effortless and genuinely cared for. This role is perfect for fast learners with financial, sales, or customer service experience who aren’t afraid to jump in and make a real difference.
