High Voltage: How do foreign ATM fee refunds work? 

Each month, you can receive up to $10 in refunds for fees charged by non-network ATMs. Just use your High Voltage Checking debit card and meet the account’s monthly activity requirements. Refunds are not automatically credited to your account, please call or send us a chat!
