How to I block or freeze my debit or credit card?

To block or freeze your debit or credit card, follow these steps:
  1. Log into the mobile app or online banking and select the account the card is tied to.
  2.  Click on “Card Management“.
  3.  Select the specific card you want to block.
  4.  Toggle the Card On / Off (or Lock/Unlock) switch to the “Off” or “Locked” position
If your card is lost or stolen, in the same menu choose “Report card lost/stolen“, select your card and confirm the action.
