Teri has been an integral part of the Volt Credit Union team for more than 16 years. She began her career with us as a loan officer. She quickly earned a reputation for her strong work ethic, member-first approach, and deep understanding of the lending process. From the start, Teri demonstrated a passion for helping individuals and families achieve their financial through responsible lending solutions. 

Throughout her career, Teri has consistently embraced opportunities to grow and lead. She has played a key role in enhancing lending services, supporting innovative strategies, and ensuring that Volt Credit Union continues to meet the evolving needs of our members. Her ability to balance expertise with compassion has made her a trusted resource for both members and colleagues.

In 2019, Teri achieved certification as a Credit Union Business Lending Professional, further highlighting her knowledge and dedication to excellence within the credit union industry. This accomplishment reflects her commitment to professional development and to providing the highest quality service possible.
