System Upgrade Scheduled for February 9, 2026

At Volt Credit Union, we’re always working behind the scenes to improve your experience. That’s why we continue investing in technology that helps us serve you better.  On Monday, February 9, 2026, we will complete an important system upgrade to strengthen reliability and improve performance across our services.

What to Expect

  • Brief service interruptions may occur starting the night of Sunday, February 8th and Monday, February 9th morning as we transition.
  • Most services are expected to be fully available shortly after 7:00 a.m.
  • Branch lobbies will be closed all day February 9th while we complete the upgrade,  but our team will be hard at work ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What systems may be impacted:

  • Online and Mobile Banking access
  • Mobile Check Deposit or fund transfers
  • BillPay – We recommend completing any scheduled payment before or after the upgrade, as well as confirming the scheduled payment went through.
  • Debit Card/ATM– will be operating under daily “stand-in limits”

We’re taking every step possible to keep disruptions minimal and appreciate your patience while we make these improvements. As we get closer to February 9, we’ll continue to share updates and reminders so you’re always in the know.

Please note: our branch lobbies will be closed on Monday, February 9th while we complete the upgrade. Our team will be working behind the scenes, and we’ll still be available by phone to assist you.

During this upgrade, we want to remind you that the full protection of the NCUA insurance remains in full effect.

Holiday Closure: All Volt branches will be closed Monday, February 16th to observe the Presidents’ Day holiday.
