Exciting Upgrades Coming to Volt Credit Union Drive-Thrus!

Big things are happening at Volt Credit Union and they’re all about making your banking faster, easier, and more convenient than ever! Upgrades coming to Volt drive-thru lanes to Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), giving you more control over your transactions while still offering the personalized service you know and love.

When and Where It’s Happening

To keep things running smoothly, here’s a quick look at what to expect at each branch:
• Kansas Expressway Branch:
A brand-new ITM will be installed in Lane 1 on October 14–15, 2025. The lobby will open at 8 a.m. both days, and our team will be happy to assist you with transactions inside.
• Republic Road Branch:
The Week of Monday, October 20, 2025,  work will begin on a second ITM. Lane 1 will remain open for drive-up transactions, and lane 3 will be open for ITM transactions.

Starting November 3, 2025, all Volt Credit Union drive-thrus will be ITM-only!

This upgrade is one more way we’re powering up convenience for our members.

What’s an ITM?

An ITM looks a lot like an ATM, but smarter! It lets you complete most of your everyday transactions quickly and securely, often in just a few minutes. You can:
• Make deposits and withdrawals
• Transfer funds
• Make loan payments
• Check balances and more

Plus, during business hours, you can connect with a live Volt teller through video for assistance, the perfect blend of technology and friendly service.

A Few Notes for Members

While most transactions can be completed through an ITM, a few services will still need to be handled inside the branch. These include:
• Cash advances from a credit card
• Teller checks
• Coin deposits
• Paperwork (like address changes, skip payments, ACH originations, or card disputes)
• Dealer payoffs
• Account closings

These take a bit more time, and we want to keep your experience fast and smooth, so our team will gladly assist you inside for those needs.
