Yes! You’ll still get personalized service using Teller Assist from a real Volt team member just through the screen. It’s the same warm welcome, with even more convenience.
Absolutely. Our ITMs use the same trusted, secure Volt technology you know and count on every day.
Almost everything! From deposits and withdrawals to transfers, loan payments, and even speaking live with a Volt member advocate, it’s all at your fingertips.
Our ITMs are rolling out at select Volt branch drive-thrus and lobbies. Check our website or your local branch for updates on new locations.
Drive-thru ITMs are available for use 24/7; the option to speak directly to a Volt Teller will be available from 8am – 5:30pm.
Currently, ITMs do not accept or dispense coins. But don’t worry, if you have coin transactions, a Volt member advocate inside the branch can help you out.
Not at all! ITMs are here to expand your options, not take away your people. Our awesome Volt member advocates are still here and ready to help in-person or via ITM.
