Important Dates for Current Bill Pay Users

  • Sept. 20, 2024: eBills will be turned off.

  • Sept. 26, 2024: Last day to access the current Bill Pay system and schedule payments.

  • Sept. 27–30, 2024: Bill Pay will be temporarily unavailable.

  • Oct. 1, 2024: The new Bill Pay launches!

No need to re-enroll. Just log in, review your info, accept the new terms, and you’re ready to go. All your payees will transfer automatically, but we recommend checking everything on Sept. 26 to make sure it’s correct.

FAQs

Will my scheduled payments still go through?
Yes. Payments scheduled before Sept. 26 will process normally. Payments between Sept. 27–Oct. 1 will post once the new system is live.

What about eBills?
eBills can’t transfer for security reasons. You’ll need to set them up again once the new system is live.

How much does Bill Pay cost?
It’s free! Optional services, like same-day payments, may have a fee.

Is it secure?
Absolutely. Our upgraded system uses the latest security measures to protect your data.
