We like to think we’re a little different here, but frankly, we think different is good. Unlike the big banks, we’re a not-for-profit cooperative. We’re in business to serve our members, make our community better, and serve the common good.
Culture is a big deal here. We’ve rolled up our sleeves and are doing what it takes to make this an awesome place to work. For us, that means banking doesn’t need to be boring, and neither does working here. We want to serve our community, be awesome to each other, ready for whatever comes our way, and hungry to learn and grow as people and professionals. And we want to have fun while we do it. (Negative, angry, or grumpy people need not apply.)

Culture is a big deal here, so your ability to foster an environment on your team and within the organization of positivity, learning, adaptability, teamwork, and service to others will be just as important as your ability to disarm a nuclear warhead using only a paperclip.
