Frequently asked questions
What kinds of transactions can I do using video banking?
You can open accounts, apply for loans, send national and international wires and sign documents. Video banking is nearly the same as going into a branch but from the convenience of your own home or wherever you have access to a computer.
Is video banking secure?
Video banking is a secure way to interact with Volt Credit Union and sign documents. But we recommend not using public computers for video banking, and not using your own device if you’re in a public place where other people can see your screen or hear your conversation.

The security of your information is always a top priority, when speaking with a Volt Video Teller through VIV Video Banking, your transaction is as secure as if you were doing a face-to-face transaction in one of our branches. They are processed exactly the same, safe and securely. You will be asked to provide personal information for proper identification, and some transactions may require a digital signature to authorize your transaction request.
