
At Volt Credit Union we are closely following local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations regarding the COVID-19 pandemic safety responses and we want to continue to combat the spread of this deadly virus in the most effective way possible while still offering solutions to all of your banking needs!
Protecting the health of our employees and members is our greatest priority, so our lobbies will continue to be closed for basic teller transactions – possibly well into June. However, we will continue to make appointments for members who need to access safe deposit boxes or conduct more complex business such as opening accounts. When entering our building, you may be asked to present identification, wear a mask or remove one momentarily to allow for identification, or adhere to other protocols designed to protect you and our staff. We will continue to help find solutions for members who are going through a financial crisis. These solutions will be dealt with on a case by case basis, so if you are experiencing financial difficulties please do not hesitate to reach out.
One way that we can help you financially is through our current refinance promotion. If you have an auto loan that is financed at another institution and you refinance it at Volt, we will knock 2% APR* off of your current rate.
